No. 1 Boys & Girls (26-6)

Led by tournament MVP Leroy (Truck) Fludd and Wesley Myers, who will be one of the city’s top seniors next year, Boys & Girls captured its first New York State Class AA Federation title, beating Mount Vernon in the final.

No. 2 St. Raymond (21-10)

Seniors Daniel Dingle, Kerwin Okoro, Larry Graves and Myron Hickman didn’t finish their high school careers on a winning note, falling to Boys & Girls in the Federation semifinals. But the Ravens season was still a ringing success with their first CHSAA title since 2004.

No. 3 Thomas Jefferson (25-7)

Jaquan Lynch had 18 points and Thaddeus Hall had 17, but the Orange Wave’s dynamic duo couldn’t lead Jefferson to its first PSAL title since 1954, falling to Brooklyn rivals Boys & Girls, 71-67. No doubt Lawrence (Bud) Pollard is lamenting the 11 missed free throws and 21 turnovers.

No. 4 Holy Cross (24-5)

Will Davis had 21 points, Marquise Moore had 13 points and Eddie Roscigno had 12 for the Knights, which fell to St. Ray’s in the CHSAA Class AA intersectional title game at Fordham.

No. 5 Cardinal Hayes (24-5)

Amadou Sidibe had 15 points and 15 rebounds and Jalen Jenkins added 14 points, 12 boards and four blocks for the Cardinals, which couldn’t hold on to a seven-point lead with 2:45 left in the fourth quarter en route to a 54-53 overtime loss to St. Raymond in the CHSAA Class AA intersectional semifinals.

No. 6 Wings Academy (25-4)

There are heartbreaking losses and then there’s Wings’ devastating 72-68 defeat to Thomas Jefferson in the PSAL Class AA semifinals. Led by Justin Jenkins, who had a game-high 23 points in his final high school game, Wings had a three-point lead with 1:08 left but it fell short of reaching the Garden yet again.

No. 7 Mount St. Michael (21-8)

Malik Gill was instrumental in leading the Mount to a CHSAA Class AA intersectional quarterfinal win against Christ the King, but the senior point guard and senior forward Omari Manhertz were both mired in foul trouble and it proved costly in a 55-40 loss to Holy Cross in the semifinals.

No. 8 Christ the King (19-8)

The Royals failed to win the CHSAA Class AA intersectional title for a third straight year, losing to Mount in the quarterfinals. It marks the end of an era for Omar Calhoun, who graduates as the school’s all-time leading scorer.

No. 9 Lincoln (19-10)

Sophomore Isaiah Whitehead scored 13 points, but found himself in foul trouble early and could never get back on track. There’s nothing that hurts more for the Railsplitters than a season-ending loss to archrival Boys & Girls.

No. 10 South Shore (19-9)

Another appearance in the PSAL Class AA quarterfinals, another loss to Brooklyn rival Boys & Girls. The Vikings will surely rue their 15 missed free throws in a 63-51 loss to the Kangaroos.

No. 11 Bishop Loughlin (13-14)

The Lions season might have ended in the Class AA quarterfinals, but the future is very bright in Fort Greene. There’s seven sophomores on this year’s roster and the JV team won the city crown.

No. 12 Xaverian (17-10)

The Clippers were upset by All Hallows in the CHSAA Class AA second round, marking the end of an era for the backcourt duo of Brian Bernardi (SMU) and Dillon Burns (C.W. Post).

No. T13 Cardozo (24-7)

Oh those missed shots. Surely coach Ron Naclerio is going to have nightmares about the first and third quarters, in which the Judges shot 1-of-26 from the field in a season-ending loss to Wings in the PSAL Class AA quarterfinals.

Next: Season complete

No. T13 Curtis (24-6)

The Warriors pushed Lincoln to the brink and certainly earned some respect, but it came in a three-point loss in the PSAL Class AA quarterfinals. Still, Curtis has proved it’s a program to be reckoned with in the city.

Next: Season complete

No. 15 Wadleigh (23-7)

Basil Harley had 25 points in a season-ending loss to No. 1 Jefferson in the PSAL Class AA quarterfinals. That comes after the senior guard scored 39 in a win against Bayside.
