Bridge Academy seniors honored during grad ceremony
This week at Bridge Academy Public Charter School another successful class of senior students, many of whom began at Bridge Academy in the seventh grade, walked across the stage to celebrate their graduation.
A student-made video was shown where each student produced a thirty second clip showcasing his or her favorite memories, talents and plans for the future. Honored students spoke about the hopes for the future for the class of 2012 and reminisced about fun times had by all. Students with record of high achievement received honors and scholarships and alumni, now college graduates, returned to speak to the graduates. The director gave a touching address and students celebrated the end of the senior year as the class of 2012.
Each student left the stage with the support of teachers, friends and family. The students received DVD copies of the slideshow they worked to create as a keepsake for the evening and a reminder of all they achieved throughout their time at Bridge Academy.
