Connecticut boys hockey rankings (2/14)

1. Fairfield Prep (14-2)
The Jesuits are on a 10-game winning streak, and still have yet to lose an in-state game this season.

2. Ridgefield (14-2)
Just when it looked like the Tigers were the team to beat in the FCIAC, they get knocked off by Darien.

3. Darien (12-3)
Saturday's huge 4-2 victory over Ridgefield was the Blue Wave's 11th in a row.

4. Brunswick (12-8)
No one plays edge-of-your-seat games ilke the Bruins, who split a pair of one-goal contests last week.

5. New Canaan (10-6-1)
The defending FCIAC champs got back on track last week. Up next: a showdown against rival Darien on Tuesday afternoon.

6. St. Joseph (11-6)
The Cadets were another team in need of a bounce-back week. They responded with two wins, including a 5-4 triumph against Fairfield.

7. Trumbull (10-9)
The Division II Eagles appeared in over their heads against Darien and New Canaan last week. It won't get any easier against a motivated Ridgefield squad on Wednesday.

8. Wilton (8-9)
The Warriors rebounded from a 7-0 loss to Ridgefield with a 4-0 victory over Staples-Weston-Shelton.

9. Fairfield (7-9)
Warde-Ludlowe got back on track with a 3-0 shutout of Westhill on Monday.

10. Notre Dame-Fairfield (7-9)
The Lancers were rolling -- at least until running smack into Fairfield Prep last Saturday.
