Who is your favorite teammate and why?
Allen: "I wouldn't really say I could pinpoint a favorite teammate, I have a lot of really great teammates that enjoy working with."

What's the best piece of advice you've received?

Allen: "The best piece of advice that I've received I would say is from my coach Mr. Foster, that the only person that can determine the outcome is myself."

Which athlete is your biggest influence?
Allen: "There's a lot of athletes that have influenced me running wise, but I would say my biggest influence would be my coach Mr. Foster he gives a lot of great advice overall running as well as nutrition and really knows the sport well."
