RANK TEAM REC LW COMMENTS
1 Yorktown 11-2 1

Make it seven straight wins for red-hot Huskers, who have piled up a robust 106 goals during the stretch. Kanye West's Who Gon Stop Me? is the perfect song for Yorktown right now.

2 John Jay-CR 9-5 3

Despite suffering a 10-5 setback to New Canaan, the Indians move up due to a 6-4 win over Lakeland/Panas.

3 Lakeland/Panas 8-5 2

Back-to-back losses to John Jay-CR and Yorktown are tough to swallow, but the Rebels' offense showed signs of life in the Murphy Cup. L/P — which dropped a 14-10 game to the Huskers — cracked double-digit goals for just the second time all year. Heading toward sectionals, the Rebels will be the favorite in Class A.

4 Somers 8-5 4

Tuskers picked up a quality 13-6 victory over Mahopac on May 3. With a matchup against Greeley scheduled for this afternoon, they have a prime chance to win back-to-back games for the first time since early April.

5 Bronxville 11-1 5

Coach Tim Horgran's squad has reeled four straight wins since suffering an 8-3 setback to L/P on April 26. Middie Brewster Warble has been a monster this year, leading Bronxville in ground balls (91) and goals (36).

6 Mahopac 8-5 6

After starting out the season 8-0, Mahopac has stumbled with five straight losses. The Indians will look to snap the losing streak against visiting Suffern this afternoon.

7 Brewster 8-6 7

Bears saw their five-game winning streak snapped by a quality Hauppauge (LI) squad on Saturday. They close out the regular season with games against Put Valley (5/10) and Ossining (5/12).

8 Iona Prep 7-6 9

Resurgent Gaels have won four of their last five and face a big test against John Jay-CR this afternoon.

9 Suffern 10-2 8

Mounties ride a seven-game winning streak into today's showdown with Section 1 Class A foe Mahopac.

10 Arlington 7-6 10

Surging Admirals have won six of their last seven and close out the regular season with two good tests against Suffern (5/12) and Pelham (5/15).
