    1. LONG ISLAND LUTHERAN BOYS BASKETBALL

    Mical-Ryan Boyd scored nine of his 18 points in the fourth quarter and added six rebounds as LuHi beat St. Anthony's, 63-45. Chris Atkinson had 13 points and five assists and Kentan Facey scored seven points with 10 rebounds and four blocks.

    2. WANTAGH WRESTLING

    Wantagh won its third consecutive Nassau County dual meet championship and finished the season 18-0. Despite wrestling some of the top competition in the state the Warriors are 40-0 in dual meets over the last two seasons and have five wrestlers ranked No. 1 in the county.

    3. GARDEN CITY GIRLS TRACK

    Garden City won the Conference III title last week, scoring 153 points. Emma Gallagher took first place in the 300-meter dash; Katie O'Neill and Kelly Lawkins came in second and third, respectively. At last weekend's Armory Collegiate Meet, Gallagher ran the 600 in 1:30.35, improving on her top U.S. time.

    4. ST. ANTHONY'S HOCKEY

    St. Anthony's remains in first place in the CHSHL after defeating Chaminade, 3-1. The Friars are on an eight-game unbeaten streak with one game left in the regular season before playoffs begin Sunday.

    5. WARD MELVILLE GIRLS FENCING

    The Patriots won two meets this week, defeating Centereach, 22-5, and Half Hollow Hills, 21-6. Kyra Durko went 3-0 in foil and Melanie Holl went 3-0 in epee to lead Ward Melville. They have a win streak of 169 matches over the past 12 years, the third-longest winning streak in Long Island sports history.

    6. AMITYVILLE BOYS BASKETBALL

    The Warriors closed the game on a 9-0 run to defeat Mt. Sinai, 60-50, and clinch their third straight Suffolk VI title and 21st under coach Jack Agostino. Kavione Green had 15 points and 11 rebounds, Andy Laurent chipped in 12 points and five assists and Mike Alston added 10 points and four assists.

    7. LONG ISLAND LUTHERAN GIRLS BASKETBALL

    Boogie Brozoski had 19 points and Katie Lavelle had 11 points, four rebounds, four assists and two steals to lead Lutheran past Rumson-Fair Haven, 54-44, at the New York/New Jersey Shore Classic. All 14 players for Lutheran scored in the team's 80-37 win over St. Joseph's by the Sea.

    8. EAST ISLIP BOYS BOWLING

    Senior Mike Kissel rolled a 300 in the Suffolk team championship as East Islip clinched its second county title in three years. The Redmen, who went 12-0 in the regular season, dropped 6,801 pins -- 99 more than runner-up Sachem East.

    9. ST. ANTHONY'S BOYS TRACK

    St. Anthony's won the NSCHSAA championship, scoring 84 points. Senior Skandal Delince won the long jump with a distance of 21-43/4. Tyler Wolfe currently holds the top 3,000-meter time on Long Island after posting 8:52.73 at the Yale Track Classic.

    10. MIDDLE COUNTRY GIRLS BOWLING

    Kelly Skalacki rolled a tournament-best 1,389 series, Amanda Tyrrell a 1,331 and Melissa Sherwin 1,282 as the Cougarines won their first Suffolk championship since 2010. Middle Country, which had a 1,015.4 team average, will compete for the state title March 2 in Syracuse.
