St. Anthony's 24, Chaminade 23: Naim Jones scored on a 48-yard run and a 75-yard kickoff return in the first quarter to lead St. Anthony's (2-2) in CHSFL.
Sachem North 21, Sachem East 14: Kevin Bragaglia returned the opening kickoff 83 yards for a touchdown and caught a 50-yard TD pass from Mike O’Donnell as host North won the battle of the Sachems in Suffolk I. After East made it 13-7 early in the fourth quarter, Malik Pierre ran a counter 68 yards for the clinching touchdown as North improved to 4-0. Brian Balsamo caught 9 passes for 141 yards and a touchdown for East (2-2).
Carey 33, Wantagh 23: Michael DeLeo scored on a 13-yard run and returned a kickoff 90 yards for a score to lead Carey (3-1) in Nassau II. Matt Robison added 64 yards and two touchdowns on 13 carries, Nick Conte made two interceptions on defense, and Nick Spillane returned an interception 96 yards for a touchdown. Wantagh is 3-1.
Baldwin 38, Massapequa 29: Treyvon Mask returned an interception 90 yards for the touchdown with just over one minute remaining to protect a three-point lead and seal the win for Baldwin (3-1) over Massapequa (3-1) in Nassau I. A 3-yard TD pass from Paul Bentz to Taylor Bocchiaro followed by a Massapequa safety had cut the Baldwin lead to 32-29. Mask opened the scoring with a 75-yard TD run in the first quarter and finished with 112 yards on 12 carries. Jovaun Tomlinson had 157 yards and three touchdowns on 11 carries, including TD runs of 66 and 10 yards in the first and a nine-yard TD run in the fourth to take a 32-21 lead. Lucas Krucher had three sacks, Ryan Mahoney had 11 tackles and Charles Cannova and Tyler Warner each had an interception.
Floyd 38, Longwood 6: Three of A.J Otranto's four touchdown passes came in the first half of the first annual Parkway Power Bowl. Otranto finished the afternoon with 252 passing yards. Jawan Genkins made four catches for 73 yards and caught two touchdowns. Marc Coles made six tackles to lead Floyd (3-1) in Suffolk I.
Riverhead 42, Half Hollow Hills West 9: Jeremiah Cheatom had 205 yards and two touchdowns on 19 rushes to lead Riverhead (3-1) in Suffolk II. Quinn Funn had four receptions for 71 yards and three touchdowns. Joe Napoli had 10 tackles and Mike Von Bommel had nine tackles. Half Hollow Hills West is 0-4.
Hauppauge 21, Deer Park 12: Corey Wood rushed for 97 yards on 12 carries, including a 1-yard TD run to open the scoring in the first quarter and a 1-yard TD run with four minutes left to take a 21-12 lead, to propel Hauppauge (1-3) over Deer Park (1-3) in Suffolk III. C.J. Ciserano returned a kickoff 80 yards for a touchdown to take a 14-6 lead with three minutes left in the third quarter. He made an interception at the Hauppauge 30-yard line with two minutes remaining to seal the win.Vinny Murillo made seven tackles and Liam Ryan had two fumble recoveries.
Wyandanch 22, Center Moriches 15: Senior Marcus Gay completed 11 of 17 passes for a career-high 267 yards and three touchdowns, including the winning score with 2:25 left to lead Wyandanch (1-3) in Division IV. With the Warriors down 15-14, Justice Broughton recovered a fumble at the Center Moriches 25 and returned it to the 5 with three minutes left. Broughton, at tight end, then caught a touchdown on a quick out route off play-action to put the Wyandanch ahead. Tevon Carr intercepted a pass to end Center Moriches' last drive with 1:40 remaining. Talaquan Maddox made eight tackles for the Warriors.
Amityville 20, Huntington 19: An Eric Willis catch on a two point conversion with 1:30 remaining gave Amityville a 20-19 come-from-behind victory. Sean Walters connected with Deon Richards to set up the game-winning conversion. The score capped a 92- yard, 2:00 drive. Willis made eight tackles to lead Amityville (3-1) in Suffolk III.
Kings Park 29, Comsewogue 21: Tom Milich scored the go-ahead touchdown with eight minutes left on a 16-yard run to lead Kings Park (4-0) in Suffolk III. Milich finished with 101 yards and three touchdowns on 20 carries. Tom Venier had 14 carries for 102 yards, including a six-yard touchdown run with with 4:45 to play. Joe Guercio completed four of eight passes for 52 yards and also had a fumble recovery and an interception on defense. Luke Toscano had 10 tackles, Joe Reinl had eight tackles and Mike Going added seven tackles.
Connetquot 47, Half Hollow Hills East 26: Mike Grimaldi returned the opening kickoff 95 yards for a touchdown. Brian Mckeen threw two passes and rushed for one in the first half. He finished with 274 yards passing.James Higgins had seven catches in the first half, including a touchdown. He also made two interceptions. Danny Pamlanye made seven tackles and had one pass break up. Ryan Renfroe also had seven tackles, including two sacks and three tackles for a loss to lead Connetquot (4-0) in Suffolk I.
Oceanside 22, Syosset 0: Tom Capone completed 20 of 27 passes for 238 yards and a touchdown and Anthony Pintabona caught 10 passes for 131 yards and added a 5-yard TD run to lead Oceanside (4-0) over Syosset (1-3) in Nassau I. Capone connected with Tim Nolan on 4th-and-12 for a 19-yard TD pass to make it 14-0 in the first quarter. Justin Buckley added a 40-yard TD run early in the fourth and finished with 98 yards on six carries. Vassilli Grigorakos had 11 tackles, one interception and one fumble recovery.
Commack 17, Ward Melville 14: Andrew Caccamo caught four passes for 102 yards and a touchdown, all in the second half to lead Commack (2-2) in League I. Ryan Heizman was 10/20 for 175 yards and a pass touchdown and scored the game winning touchdown on a quarterback sneak. Paulie Maline also caught three passes for 54 yards. Ward Melville is 3-1.
Miller Place 34, Islip 0: Ryan Gray connected with Austin Yezarski on three touchdown passes. Gray threw for 170 yards. Yezarski caught six passes for 97 yards. Islip had less than 100 yards of total offense. James Nielsen and Mason Rodriguez made 7 tackles to lead Miller Place (4-0) in Suffolk III.
Friends Academy 57, Great Neck South 22: Tyrone Perkins scored three rushing touchdowns and returned both an interception and a fumble for a touchdown to lead Friends Academy (2-2) in League V. Friends Academy totaled 291 yards rushing, led by Nick Croce's 137 yards on 15 carries. Croce also had two rushing touchdowns. The Friends Academy defense was led by Austin Rossi, who had 12 tackles and an interception and Peter Picoli, who had eight tackles. Great Neck South is 1-3.
Smithtown West 35, Copiague 0: Logan Greco ran for 192 yards and two touchdowns to lead Smithtown West (1-3) in Division II. Kyle Mathie had two catches for 58 yards and a tocuhdown, and at safety, he had two interceptions. Smithtown West took control immediately as Greco scored with a two-yard TD plunge on the Bulls' opening drive. Andrew Lapreziosa added 62 yards and two touchdowns on the ground. Defensive end J.J. Foley had seven tackles, two for loss, and defensive end Nick Crespo had a sack.
Shoreham-Wading River 42, East Hampton/Bridgehampton/Pierson 14: Tyler Anderson had 328 yards rushing and five touchdowns on 11 carries to lead Shoreham-Wading River (3-1) in League IV. Avery Friedman added 128 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries and Jordan Wright had 65 yards on 15 carries.Shoreham-Wading River finished with 521 total rushing yards on 37 carries.
East Islip 38, North Babylon 13: Andre Deegan rushed for 182 yards and three touchdowns on seven carries for East Islip (4-0) in Suffolk II. Casey Nolan was 5-of-12 passing for 103 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. He also ran for 71 yards on 17 carries, and had an interception on defense. Matt Walter caught a 37-yard touchdown, and also made all five of his extra points and a 29-yard field goal. Jake Conner had a touchdown rushing and passing for North Babylon (2-2).
Babylon 22, Mt. Sinai 16: Eric Schweitzer, Nick Santorelli, and Jake Carlock each scored second half touchdowns to lead the Panthers over Mt. Sinai in League IV play. Babylon improves to 4-0, while Mt. Sinai takes their first loss of the season and falls to 3-1.
Glenn 23, Bayport-Blue Point 14: Glenn's Mike Mannix intercepted Bayport-Blue Point with 5:10 remaining in the first half. One minute later, Matt Shanerman tied the game with an 11 yard touchdown run. Glenn's opening drive of the third quarter ended with a 23-yard David Wicks field goal. Steven Orkiszewski recoverd a fumble with 1:30 left to seal the win for Glenn (2-2) in Suffolk IV.
Lawrence 57, Valley Stream South 27: Tyler Fredericks had 275 all-purpose yards and four touchdowns to lead Lawrence (4-0) in Nassau III. Fredericks had a 75-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in the first quarter, ran for 190 yards and three touchdowns and had 10 receiving yards as Lawrence opened a 51-0 lead in the third quarter. Eddie Robinson had four catches for 54 yards and two touchdowns, and Joe Capobianco completed nine of 11 passes for 135 yards and three touchdowns.
Whitman 35, Smithtown East 32: Down 32-28 with 1:47 left in the game, Mitchell Bermudez led a 75-yard drive that culminated in a one-yard touchdown run by Joel Aleman to give Whitman (2-2) the win in Division II. Bermudez completed two passes for 54 yards on the drive and finished with 19 rushes for 198 yards and three touchdowns. Aleman finished with 17 carries for 122 and two scores. Whitman totaled 334 yards on the ground. Berthin Lindor led with 10 tackles. Rick Dormeus had with seven tackles and two sacks. Terrell Legros added five tackles, an interception and a fumble recovery. Smithtown East is 3-1.
Valley Stream North 37, Malverne 7: With 3:30 left in the first half, Valley Stream North's James Beleberti intercepted Malverne in the end zone. Valley Stream North then drove 96 yards to score with a minute left in the first half, taking a 21-0 halftime lead. Billy Patsos rushed for 251 yards and four touchdowns in the win. James Capoziello made nine tackles to lead Valley Stream North (3-1) in Nassau IV.
Manhasset 27, Lynbrook 6: James Farrell ran 12 times for 115 yards and a touchdown to lead Manhasset (3-1) in Conference III. Kevin Overlander went 13-for-21 for 179 yards and a touchdown and also ran four times for 39 yards and a score. Jon Stefan had three receptions for 50 yards and a touchdown and Matt Downey had six catches for 85 yards. Nick Zenobio led with nine tackles and three assists. Phil Boukas added seven tackles and two assists and Chris Howell had five tackles and a sack. Lynbrook is now 1-3.
Hempstead 22, Hicksville 6: Darius Meadors plunged into the endzone on a fourth-and-goal from the two-yard line with 5:40 remaining in the game to propel Hempstead (1-3) to a Conference I win. Meadors sealed the victory five minutes later with a 29-yard interception return for a touchdown with 44 seconds left. The Hempstead offense was led by Shemar Jack, who ran for 59 yards on nine carries, including a 46-yard touchdown run on Hempstead's first play from scrimmage. The Hempstead defense had three interceptions and Ra-Nard Broyles contributed two sacks.
Fordham Prep 31, Holy Trinity 0: Malik Crossdale ran for three touchdowns to lead Fordham Prep (1-3) over Holy Trinity (2-2) in CHSFL. Crossdale had two touchdowns of 60-plus yards, his first a 69-yard touchdown run in the first quarter to put Fordham Prep ahead 7-0, and the second a 63-yard score that made it 17-0 in the fourth. Crossdale's final score came later in the fourth from 27 yards out. Fordham Prep's defense was solid, picking off Holy Trinity quarterback Chris Laviano twice and limiting him to just 13-of-33 passing for 72 yards.
Long Island Lutheran 42, Great Neck North 14: Senior Tiquan Garner ran 13 times for 245 yards and a career-high five touchdowns to lead Long Island Lutheran (4-0) in Conference V. Garner scored on runs of 74, 22, 29, 10, and 46 yards. John Schmitt had 11 carries for 61 yards and Elijah Walters had six carries for 25 yards. Walters led with eight tackles and a forced fumble. Matt Borer had five tackles and an interception. Devante Moore and Phillip Henderson both had four tackles and an interception. Schmitt had four tackles and a sack. Great Neck North is 2-2.
Roosevelt 35, Island Trees 14: Johnnie Aikins had 293 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 25 carries to lead Roosevelt (4-0) in Conference IV. The Roosevelt defense shutout Island Trees in the first half and was led by Neftali Henderson, who had six tackles, and Rob Hansen, who had six tackles and a fumble recovery. Jordan David scored two touchdowns on the ground and totaled 30 yards and Marquell Saunders went 70-yards for a touchdown on his only carry.
Plainedge 35, Hewlett 14: Gianfranco Soriente ran for 211 yards and three touchdowns on 32 carries to lead Plainedge (4-0) in Nassau III. Nick Frenger completed 12-of-15 passes for 191 yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for a touchdown. Robert Ng had three sacks, Soriente had eight tackles and Joe Bouse had seven tackles, two of which were for a loss.
East Meadow 55, Uniondale 27: East Meadow scored four touchdowns on their first eight plays of the game. Billy Andrle ran for 141 yards and scored two touchdowns. Chris Green made 7 tackles, including three for a loss, had two sacks, and recovered two fumbles to lead East Meadow (3-1) in Nassau I.
Eastport-South Manor 20, Harborfields 14: Nico Bedell forced a fumble with Harborfields inside the Eastport-South Manor 20-yard line with six minutes remaining in the fourth and Zeller Cole capped a 12-play drive with a 3-yard touchdown run with 1:37 remaining to propel Eastport-South Manor (1-3) over Harborfields (1-3) in Suffolk III. Matt Prokesch had 153 yards and two touchdowns on 15 carries, including a 7-yard TD run to tie the score at 14 with nine minutes left in the third. Harborfields' Andrew Widmer connected with Dan Stebbins for TD passes of 31 and 7 yards to take a 14-6 lead in the first half. ESM's Mike Bianco had 21 tackles, four for a loss, and two sacks.
Clarke 27, Mineola 13: Clarke was holding onto a 14-13 lead with 4:18 remaining in the game when Nestor Haddo returned a punt 60-yards for a touchdown to give Clarke (3-1) some breathing room. Clarke added an insurance touchdown on a 19-yard pass from Pete Falgiano to John Fogarty. The Clarke defense came away with three interceptions in the game - Haddo, Kyle Wenzel and Andrew Eannucci each had one.
Glen Cove 39, South Side 27: Will Kassar went 2-for-5 for 140 yards and two touchdowns and ran seven times for 41 yards and a score to lead Glen Cove (3-1) in Conference III. Billy Neice had 120 yards and a touchdown on nine carries. Mike Burrell had two touchdown receptions. Chris Klimaszewski had a 40-yard interception return for a touchdown to end the third quarter. Robby Krisch had two sacks. South Side is 2-2.
MacArthur 42, Herricks 7: Tom Kelleher had 143 yards of total offense and scored three touchdowns to lead MacArthur (3-1) in Nassau II. Kelleher had 14 rushes for 122 yards and two touchdowns and had two receptions for 21 yards and a score. Brendan Smith added 96 rushing yards and made two interceptions on defense. Gerard Cunningham completed five of eight passes for 78 yards and three touchdowns, and Mike Rotondo hauled in three passes for 57 yards and two touchdowns. Herricks is 0-4.
Bellport 35, Rocky Point 20: Nate Chavious broke the Bellport (2-2) record for rushing yards in a game with 341 on 30 carries, according to Head Coach Joe Cipp III. The record was previously held by Travis Houpe, who had 332 yards in the 2010 Suffolk County Championship. Chavious also scored four touchdowns. The Bellport defense was led by Connor Sipp and Conor Haverty who combined for 30 tackles.
Northport 42, Bay Shore 24: John Trainer rushed for 170 yards on 20 carries and three touchdowns in the win. As a team, Northport rushed for 340 yards. Matt Nicolai and Alex Egglinger both forced two redzone turnovers in the fourth quarter to stop a Bay Shore comeback. Quarterback Sean Gilroy threw for 160 yards and two touchdowns to lead Northport (2-2) in Suffolk I.
Brentwood 19, Central Islip 14: Right guard Jose Jimenez's kickout block sprung Marc Gatewood for a 17-yard TD with 1:03 left in the third quarter to put Brentwood (1-3) ahead for good in Suffolk I. Gatewood had 14 carries for 45 yards and two touchdowns. Gatewood, who also plays outside linebacker, added seven tackles. Lavelle Hall's 20-yard pass to Christian Jahkah on fourth-and-11 midway through the first quarter set up Brentwood's first TD, which came on Gatewood's 7-yard run with 5:24 left. Hall added a 6-yard TD run with 52 seconds left in the first half to give the Indians a 13-8 lead.
Garden City 21, Mepham 7: Brett Stewart completed 18 of 28 passes for 184 yards and a touchdown and rushed for 81 yards on 15 carries, including a 67-yard TD run early in the fourth to seal the win for Garden City (4-0) over Mepham (1-3) in Nassau II. Senior Justin Guterding had 91 receiving yards and tied a school record with nine receptions, according to Garden City statistician Jack White, including a 15-yard TD pass from Stewart to take a 14-7 with 14 seconds remaining in the third. Ed Blatz had two interceptions to increase his season total to five.
Mercy 12, Greenport/Southold/Mattituck/Shelter Island 7: Quarterback Asaiah Wilson scored the go-ahead touchdown on a 10-yard run with six minutes left in the third quarter to lift Mercy (4-0) in Suffolk IV. Wilson also connected with Reggie Archer on a screen pass with five minutes left in the second quarter to give Mercy a 6-0 lead. Greenport/Southold/Mattituck/Shelter Island is 0-4.
Calhoun 21, New Hyde Park 7: Calhoun (1-3) rushed for a total of 166 on 35 carries and three touchdowns in Nassau II behind offensive lineman Steven Valentino, Jack Bennett, Jenard Rosemand, Jonathan Mcleod and Joseph Vignola. Brandon Lee spearheaded the attack with 56 yards on 10 carries. The Calhoun defense held New Hyde Park (1-3) to just seven points and was led by Ryan Mulcahy who accounted for four total turnovers with two interceptions and two fumble recoveries.
Floral Park 9, Bethpage 6: Alex Cerrone hit a go-ahead 30-yard field goal with 2:13 left in the fourth quarter to lift Floral Park (2-2) in Nassau III. The winning score was set up by a Connor Vidasolo interception that he returned from midfield to the Bethpage 38 yard line with 5:23 left. Vidasolo, Floral Park's quarterback, then completed a screen pass to Conor Horan on third down that went for 23 yards, putting Floral Park in field goal range. Vidasolo threw a pick with 8:47 left on the Bethpage 10 yard line, but redeemed himself on defense with his crucial interception. On Bethpage's last possession, Michael Nelson intercepted a pass at midfield with 1:37 left to seal the win. Horan and Timon Paris led Floral Park with nine tackles apiece, and Alec Ascani had seven tackles, including one that forced an 11-yard loss on Bethpage's final drive.
Elmont 40, Bellmore JFK 6: Mike Braun went 8-for-9 for 174 yards and three touchdowns to lead Elmont (3-1) in Conference II. Paul Jean had two receptions for 76 yards and two touchdowns, scoring on catches of 41 and 35 yards. Daniel Crawford had three receptions for 86 yards and a score. Calvin Aristide ran five times for 40 yards and a touchdown and Nick Walton had two rushes for 67 yards and a touchdown. Matt Brutus had six tackles and a sack. Bellmore JFK is now 0-4.
Sewanhaka 31, Division 13: An early interception return by Jerry Bolivar set the tone and helped lead Sewanhaka (1-3) to a Conference III victory. Bolivar picked off two passes - Sewanhaka had three total - and returned the first for the games opening touchdown. The defense stood tall and never relinquished the lead. Peter Militano had 11 tackles and a sack, Tyler Regnier had 11 tackles and a sack and Jamal Mirvelle had 10 tackles and two sacks. Jake Mellon paced the offense, going 10/19 for 148 yards and two passing touchdowns.
Port Washington 24, St. Dominic 9: Port Washington quarterback James Burns threw for 137 yards and three touchdowns in the win. Matt Siegal caught three passes for 66 yards and two touchdowns to lead Port Washington (3-1) in a non-conference game.
Seaford 31, West Hempstead 27: Nick Fischetti scored on a 74-yard run with 7:22 left to win it for Seaford (4-0) in Nassau IV.

West Islip 28, Newfield 14: Sam Ilario rushed for 116 yards on 20 carries, with two touchdowns and threw for 98 yards and two scores as the Lions improved to 4-0 in Suffolk II. Nick Aponte and Ryan Wieczorek each caught TD passes from Ilario and Dan Johnson ran for 73 yards and made a key interception. Josh Hanna scored both touchdowns for Newfield (3-1), which saw its 10-game winning streak end.
Long Beach 38, Westbury 7: James Forkin carried 14 times for 114 yards and Chris Parler scored on a 45-yard punt return and a 14-yard pass to lead Long Beach (4-0) in Nassau Conference II. Westbury is 1-3.
Farmingdale 42, Plainview JFK 13: Junior Curtis Jenkins ran for a career-high 214 yards on 18 carries and had two touchdowns to lead Farmingdale (4-0) in Conference I. Kevin Petit-Frere had five carries for 66 yards and a touchdown and also had an 11-yard reception for a score. Joe Valente went 4-for-9 for 37 yards and a touchdown and also ran nine times for 62 yards and a score. Farmingdale finished with a total of 376 rushing yards. Petit-Frere led with nine tackles and a forced fumble and Mike Gregorovic also had nine tackles. Plainview JFK is now 2-2.
Jericho 38, Roslyn 14: Josh Harris ran for 152-yards on eight carries and scored two touchdowns to lead the Jericho (3-1) offense. Jericho blew the game open with a 68-yard touchdown pass from Ian Greene to Matthew Nourmand to end the first half and a 65-yard run by Harris on the first play from scrimmage in the second half, which gave them a 31-0 lead. Greene finished 2/4 for 103-yards and a touchdown. Roslyn falls to 2-2.
Hampton Bays 34, Southhampton 0: Hampton Bays scored twice in the first 1:15 of the game. Trey Kennedy rushed for 96 yards on three carries and scored two touchdowns. Cody Nolan ran for 41 yards on three carries and scored a first quarter touchdown. Kevin Giron made seven tackles to lead Hampton Bays (4-0) in Suffolk IV.
North Shore 33, Carle Place 3: Rich Hajok rushed for 93 yards on nine carries and scored two rushing touchdowns. Hajok also recorded two sacks. North Shore took a 14-3 lead with 8:51 left in the first half when Michael Floccari found Wes Knox on a 39-yard touchdown pass. The score capped a six play, 60 yard drive. The North Shore defense recorded seven sacks in the win. Floccari threw for 127 yards to lead North Shore (2-2) in Nassau III.
West Babylon 40, Centereach 36: A 4-yard Pat Murrell touchdown with 4:24 left in the fourth quarter put West Babylon ahead for good. West Babylon's Clifton Melhado scored a 37-yard touchdown with three seconds left in the third quarter to cut Centereach's lead to 34-32. Chris Lubin ran for 223 yards on 19 carries and scored three touchdowns in the win. Scott McDevitt made 12 takles to lead West Babylon (2-2) in Suffolk II.
Sayville 35, Westhampton 7: A rushing combination of John Haggart and Zach Sirico led Sayville on a 56-yard drive early in the second quarter. A 5-yard Haggart touchdown capped the drive, giving Sayville a 14-0 lead. Haggart finished with 125 yards rushing and two touchdowns. Sayville's defense did not allow a point, with Westhampton's only score coming on a 35-yard interception return in the fourth quarter. Dylan Bonacore made seven tackles to lead Sayville (4-0) in Suffolk III.
Patchogue-Medford 24, Lindenhurst 13: Jack Keough had touchdowns runs of 3 and 9 yards and Dominic Fucci had a74-yard scoring run during a 21-point third quarter for Patchogue-Medford (2-2) in Suffolk League I. Fucci finished with 251 yards on 21 carries and Keough had 85 rushing yards on 11 carries as Pat-Med had 421 yards on the ground. Dan Tierney had 10 solo tackles, Tyler Conlon had eight stops and a sack and Cody Casagrande had eight tackles, a sack and forced a fumble in the win.
