Oyster Bay's Siringo commits to Sacred Heart

Oyster Bay senior Joe Siringo announced that he has committed to play baseball in 2013 at Sacred Heart University on the High School SportsDesk Wednesday night.

Siringo, a 2011 Newsday All-Long Island second team member, sat down with MSG Varsity's Gregg Sarra on the Desk to discuss his decision.

The senior standout pitcher led his team to the Suffolk Class B baseball championship, only to fall to Mattituck in the final.
