Wednesday's MSG Varsity livecast will feature a girls hoops showdown between Irvington and Dobbs Ferry.

Irvington enters the matchup with a sterling record of 16-1. The Bulldogs, who suffered their lone loss to undefeated Ossining, are coming off a convincing 70-37 win over Hastings on Feb. 6.

Irvington is led by the senior trio of Alexis Martins (16.4 ppg), Marley Giddins (14 ppg) and Brittni Lai (13.58 ppg).

Dobbs Ferry — which is coming off a 58-45 win over Woodlands on Feb. 6 — enters with a record of 14-4.

The Eagles are led by standout senior guard Jeana Corradina, who is averaging a team-high 11 points per game this season. Teammate Alyssa Chipelo is also someone to watch. The sophomore guard oared in a career-high 30 points in the victory over Woodlands.

This marks the second meeting of the season between the rivertown rivals. Irvington won the first one, 76-50, back on Jan. 13.
