Friday's afternoon livecast will feature a boys basketball game between CHSAA rivals Iona Prep and Fordham Prep.

The undefeated Gaels enter the rivalry showdown with a sterling record of 7-0. Iona Prep scored a 53-52 win over upset-minded Cardinal Spellman in its last game on Dec. 20. Luke Wooters played the role of hero, sinking a game-winning free throw with four seconds left in regulation. Teammates Felix Abongo and Isiah Ice poured in 12 points apiece to pace the offense.

Fordham Prep — which enters with a record of 3-3 — earned a hard-fought 35-24 win over Regis in its last game on Dec. 22. Junior Sean McNamara paced the Rams with a team-high 10 points. It marked Fordham Prep's third win in its past four games.
